About the opportunity we offer:

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the GBS Legal team, ensuring high-quality and timely legal support to internal stakeholders and global business teams.
- Draft, review, and negotiate client contracts, vendor agreements, service agreements, NDAs, and other commercial documents.
- Advise on insurance provisions, compliance obligations, contractual risks, and appropriate mitigation measures.
- Partner with internal functions, including Procurement, Finance, Compliance, HR, Insurance, Data Privacy, Information Security, and IT.
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders and act as a trusted legal adviser to business and functional stakeholders.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with Corporate Legal and global teams, ensuring alignment with company policies, governance standards, and strategic priorities.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the legal team through effective work allocation, performance management, coaching, and capability building.
- Prepare and present management decks, legal updates, risk reports, performance metrics, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Develop and implement SOPs, playbooks, templates, checklists, approval matrices, and escalation protocols.
- Establish and monitor service standards, turnaround times, quality controls,



and standardize the processes.
- Identify opportunities to use digital tools, automation, legal technology, and AI to improve contract management, reporting, knowledge management, and team productivity.
- Understand and manage legal risks relating to AI, data privacy, confidentiality, intellectual property, cybersecurity, accuracy, and responsible technology use.

About You:

- Law graduate
- 10 to 15 years in-house experience.
- Agile / Start-up / entrepreneurship mindset.
- Truly team spirit oriented.
- Open-minded with a strong appetite to learn, and to share your learnings.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- High capacity for analysis and synthesis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
