Job Summary

Swain Aluminium Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Corporate Advocate to handle the company's legal matters, especially money recovery, payment disputes, cheque bounce cases, contractual disputes, and other financial/legal cases.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle money recovery and outstanding payment cases on behalf of the company.
- Handle Cheque Bounce / Section 138 NI Act cases.
- Draft and issue legal notices for payment recovery and outstanding dues.
- Manage civil and commercial litigation related to company payments and contracts.
- Represent or coordinate for the company before courts, tribunals, and legal authorities.
- Coordinate with external advocates and law firms for ongoing cases.
- Draft and review agreements, contracts, affidavits, undertakings, legal notices, and settlement documents.
- Coordinate with the Finance & Accounts Department for recovery-related matters.
- Follow up on pending cases, hearings, orders, notices, and legal deadlines.
- Provide legal advice to management regarding payment disputes, contracts, recovery, and legal risks.
- Negotiate settlements with customers, vendors, contractors,



and other parties when required.
- Maintain proper records of all company legal cases and financial disputes.
- Protect the company's legal and financial interests through timely legal action.

Required Qualification
- LL.B. / LL.M.
- Advocate enrolled with the appropriate State Bar Council.
- Strong knowledge of Indian legal procedures and commercial laws.
- Good legal drafting, negotiation, communication, and litigation skills.

Candidate Profile The candidate should be an experienced and responsible Corporate Advocate who can independently handle the company's money recovery, cheque bounce, payment default, contract, and financial dispute cases and coordinate effectively with management, Finance/Accounts, courts, and external advocates.
