- 12+ years of experience in Legal - Non Litigation
- Candidate who is strong on transactions and financing docs
- Strong Expertise in contractual laws, corporate laws and financing documents standards.
- Strong exposure to drafting of contracts especially lease agreements, license agreements and concession agreements
- Solid proficiency with drafting, reviewing, vetting, and finalizing and must be from Non-Litigation background.
- Good experience in revenue-sharing, joint-venture agreements and development contracts.Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
