Detailed

- 12+ years of post-qualification experience.
- Experience Bid, Tender, RFP, drafting skills.
- Strong in Non Litigation. Excellent MS Word, MS Excel, PPT skills and other computer skills.
- Conversant with contractual laws, corporate laws, financing documents standards; local laws for undertaking business functions.
- Strong exposure to drafting of contracts especially lease agreements, license agreements, concession agreements.
- Experience in revenue-sharing, joint-venture agreements, development contracts, tender documents; financing documents under various jurisdictions.
- Familiarity with basic civil aviation regulations.Comfortable working with and within team.

Accountabilities

- Effective Contract Management and Risk Mitigation
- Prepare note for the management. Drafting brief for opinions on various legal and contractual issues, as per the requirements, briefing external counsels and obtaining opinions. Drafting, vetting, structuring and finalizing the commercial and financial documents.



Advising the business team and completing related documentation (notices, agreements etc.) on the issues emerging from existing transactions.
- Recent business initiatives, Various contractual and other issues with third parties and concessionaires vis- -vis legal implications.
- Legal support in the tender structuring and drafting, reviewing, vetting and finalizing the RFQ, RFP and other bidding documents.
- Drafting, reviewing and finalizing the contracts such as Concession Agreements, Lease Agreements, License Agreements, Service Agreements, Termination Agreements, Supplementary Agreements.
- Purchase Orders, Non Disclosure Agreements, Bank Guarantees, Non-Convertible Debenture Agreement, Memorandum of Understanding etc., as per the business requirements.

Key Skills

- As per SOP and number of assignments delivered with complete details about challenges and the risk mitigation strategies prepared.
- No. of advises rendered with extent of risk assessment and mitigation measures suggested therefor and documents drafted.
- Immediate / As per SOP with Business team.Number of the tender documents or Agreement released with details of challenges and risk mitigation, if any.
