Senior / Lead Full-Stack AI Engineer – Logistics & Supply Chain

Trilogy India is looking for a hands-on Senior / Lead Full-Stack AI Engineer to help lead development of next-generation logistics, automation, and AI products for Trilogy NextGen.

This is not a pure management role. We’re looking for a technical leader who still builds.

You’ll help shape architecture, develop critical product components, establish engineering standards, mentor developers, and lead the integration of AI into real-world logistics and supply-chain applications.

What You’ll Do

- Lead architecture and development of logistics, inventory, automation, and AI products
- Design scalable full-stack solutions using React, Node.js, Python, Java, and modern cloud technologies
- Architect APIs, microservices, integrations, and distributed systems
- Integrate with WMS, MES, YMS, ERP, robotics, and enterprise platforms
- Design and implement AI-powered application features
- Architect RAG, embeddings, vector search, and knowledge retrieval solutions
- Design AI agents and automated workflows
- Integrate vision AI into operational applications
- Make technical decisions around model selection and AI architecture
- Design solutions involving IoT, telemetry, edge computing, and real-time data
- Establish architecture patterns, coding standards, and engineering best practices
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level engineers
- Drive AI-assisted software development practices




- Work directly with Trilogy NextGen US leadership on product strategy and architecture
- Own complex technical initiatives from concept through production

What We’re Looking For
- 6–10+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong full-stack engineering background
- Deep experience with React
- Strong backend experience with Node.js, Python, Java, or comparable technologies
- Experience designing distributed systems and enterprise integrations
- Robust API, database, cloud, and event-driven architecture experience
- Hands-on experience building AI-enabled applications
- Understanding of LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and agentic workflows
- Experience taking AI solutions from prototype into production
- Strong understanding of security, scalability, resiliency, and observability
- Architecture and technical leadership experience
- Solid English communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and lead complex initiatives
- Ability to collaborate closely with Trilogy NextGen US leadership and customers

Preferred
- Logistics or supply-chain technology experience
- WMS, MES, YMS, ERP, or transportation-system experience
- Autonomous Mobile Robot experience
- IoT, telemetry, sensors, scanners, cameras, or hardware integrations
- Edge computing
- Vision AI
- Multi-tenant SaaS architecture
- Experience leading engineering teams
- Experience taking products from 0-to-1

We want a hands-on technical leader who enjoys solving ambiguous problems, moves quickly, uses AI to improve engineering velocity, and still likes writing code.
