Key Responsibilities

Technical Architecture & Development

- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance application architectures. Define overall system architecture covering frontend, backend, APIs, databases, integrations, and cloud infrastructure.
- Design and develop applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, and PostgreSQL. Architect REST APIs and microservices for enterprise-scale applications.
- Make technical decisions related to frameworks, database design, integrations, performance, security, and deployment.
- Review application architecture and identify scalability, reliability, and performance improvements. Remain hands-on and support the team in resolving complex technical and production issues.

Project & Delivery Management

- Own technical delivery of projects from requirements through production deployment.
- Work with business stakeholders to convert requirements into technical solutions and implementation plans.
- Estimate development efforts, define milestones, allocate resources, and track project progress.
- Identify technical risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges early.




- Ensure projects are delivered with appropriate quality, documentation, testing, and security standards.
- Coordinate with QA, DevOps, Product, Business, and other teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Backend Expertise

- Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, Spring Security, JPA/Hibernate, and multithreading.
- Experience designing scalable and high-performance backend services. Strong understanding of API security, authentication, authorization, logging, exception handling, and monitoring.
- Experience integrating applications with third-party APIs and enterprise systems.

Frontend Expertise

- Strong experience with React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Good understanding of contemporary frontend architecture, reusable components, state management, and responsive UI development.
- Ability to guide frontend teams on performance, security, maintainability, and coding standards.
- Experience developing enterprise dashboards and workflow-based applications
