Role Overview :

As a Senior Lead Engineer, you will serve as a technical anchor for our core engineering teams, steering the design and implementation of complex distributed systems.

You will work closely with product managers, architects, and cross-functional engineering squads to translate business requirements into robust, high-availability software solutions.

Your day-to-day will involve navigating intricate technical challenges, mentoring high-potential engineers, and ensuring that our systems remain resilient and performant as we scale our digital footprint.

Your work will directly influence the reliability and efficiency of services used by a vast global customer base.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and design scalable system components that support high-traffic telecommunications platforms to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Lead the development of microservices-based applications using Java and Spring Boot, focusing on modularity and ease of maintenance.
- Define and document High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) specifications to provide a explicit technical roadmap for development teams.
- Optimize application performance by implementing advanced multithreading techniques and leveraging Java Streams for efficient data processing.




- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify technical bottlenecks and implement architectural improvements that enhance system throughput and reduce latency.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews and technical guidance to foster a culture of engineering excellence and best practices.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and maintaining complex system architectures within a distributed environment.
- Deep proficiency in Java and the Spring Boot ecosystem, with a proven track record of building production-grade microservices.
- Strong command over multithreading and concurrency models to build high-performance, thread-safe applications.
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts through detailed HLD and LLD documentation for diverse technical audiences.
- Advanced knowledge of Java Streams and functional programming paradigms to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence technical decisions across cross-functional teams.
- A minimum of 10 - 12 years of professional experience in software engineering, ideally within large-scale enterprise environments.
- Adaptability to a hybrid work environment in Gurugram, with a proactive approach to collaborative problem-solving.
