Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sr. Land Surveyor to support our solar energy projects. The role involves conducting topographical, boundary, and land surveys for solar project sites to ensure accurate data for design, planning, and construction. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of survey instruments, land records, and regulatory compliance related to renewable energy projects in India.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct topographic, boundary, and contour surveys for potential and existing solar project sites.
- Use survey instruments such as Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, and Drone Mapping for precise measurements.
- Prepare and verify site layouts, maps, and survey reports in coordination with design and engineering teams.
- Analyze land records, revenue maps, and legal documents to verify land boundaries and ownership details.
- Support land acquisition teams by providing accurate survey data for documentation and due diligence.
- Ensure alignment of project design with actual site conditions for efficient installation and construction.
- Collaborate with GIS, engineering, and project teams for layout planning and optimization.
- Monitor and verify levels, alignments,



and coordinates during construction phases.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, environmental norms, and land usage laws in India.
- Maintain and calibrate survey equipment regularly.
- Document and report daily field activities to the project manager.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or Surveying.
- 5- 7 years of experience in land surveying; experience in renewable energy, solar, or infrastructure projects preferred.
- Proficiency in survey equipment (Total Station, DGPS, AutoCAD, GIS tools).
- Strong understanding of land records and revenue department procedures in India.
- Ability to analyze data and prepare detailed survey drawings and reports.
- Good communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.
- Willingness to travel extensively to project sites across Maharashtra on daily basis.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
