Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Java Full Stack Developer with 12+ years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kubernetes, Kafka, IBM MQ, and up-to-date front-end technologies. The role requires hands-on development, technical leadership, architecture contribution, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and resilient solutions.

Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale web applications and microservices.
- Lead technical design discussions and provide architectural recommendations.
- Develop REST APIs and event-driven services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build highly scalable and secure applications using microservices architecture.
- Develop responsive user interfaces using Angular or React.
- Implement asynchronous messaging solutions using Kafka and IBM MQ.
- Deploy, manage, and monitor containerized applications on Kubernetes.
- Work closely with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor development teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance, scalability, and production issues.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and product teams to define technical solutions

- 12+ years of software development experience in Java technologies.
- 6+ years of experience in Microservices-based application development.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized deployments.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Apache Kafka.
- 3+ years of experience with IBM MQ in enterprise integration environments.
- Experience in cloud deployments and DevOps practices.
- Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Experience leading development teams and mentoring junior developers.

Preferred Qualifications

- Strong understanding of Distributed Systems and Event-Driven Architecture.
- Experience with API Gateway solutions (Apigee, Kong, AWS API Gateway).
- Knowledge of Service Mesh technologies such as Istio.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools:
