We are looking for a motivated and dynamic IT Recruiter with 25 years of experience in IT hiring. The ideal candidate will have hands-on exposure to Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring and experience working with clients. This role requires strong sourcing skills,stakeholder management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment life cycle (sourcing, screening,
coordinating interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding).
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and networking.
Focus on C2H (Contract-to-Hire) and full-time IT hiring.
Understand client requirements and deliver quality profiles within timelines.
Maintain a candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
Build and maintain strong skilled relationships with clients and candidates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (any stream).
2–5 years of IT recruitment experience.
Strong understanding of IT skills and technologies
Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools and sourcing platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
