Key Responsibilities

● Serve as the primary point of contact for IT support requests via the service desk — logging, tracking, and resolving incidents within defined SLAs

● Manage and maintain end-user hardware: desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and network devices

● Administer and support Microsoft Office 365 suite — user accounts, email, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive

● Provide support for Windows OS environments; troubleshoot OS, application, and connectivity issues

● Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers for hardware procurement, AMC, and escalations

● Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure accurate records of all hardware and software

● Support onboarding and offboarding of employees — device provisioning, account setup, and access management

● Assist in the implementation and adherence to IT Service Management (ITSM) processes (Incident, Change, Asset Management)

● Maintain documentation of SOPs, known issues, and resolution guides

● Support basic network administration — LAN/WAN connectivity, switches,



and Wi-Fi access points

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field

● 3–5 years of hands-on IT support / service desk experience

● Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 administration

● Strong knowledge of IT hardware support — desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals

● Experience with Active Directory — user creation, access permissions

● Positive understanding of networking fundamentals

● Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

● Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

● Ability to work independently and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
