Role Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced and result-driven Senior IT Recruiter with strong expertise in C2H (Contract-to-Hire) domestic staffing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling enterprise clients like Infosys and Cognizant, with the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment independently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for C2H requirements (Domestic staffing)

Handle client mandates for enterprise accounts such as Infosys and Cognizant

Understand job requirements and deliver quality profiles within TAT

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and networking

Conduct screening interviews and evaluate technical fitment

Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth offer rollout and onboarding





Maintain strong candidate pipeline and database

Ensure regular client communication and delivery tracking

Maintain recruitment reports, pipeline updates, and hiring metrics

Required Skills & Experience

4+ years of experience in IT recruitment (Domestic staffing)

Mandatory experience in handling C2H roles

Experience working on requirements from Infosys & Cognizant

Solid understanding of IT technologies and skill mapping

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Strong negotiation and closure skills

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Immediate or short notice joiners preferred
- Strong experience in vendor/client coordination
- Good knowledge of recruitment tools and job portals
