Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior IT Support & Client Success Engineer to take ownership of enterprise client support, critical incident resolution, infrastructure operations, and technology deployments.

The role requires a strong combination of IT infrastructure expertise, troubleshooting, client communication, vendor coordination, and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise clients.
- Manage and troubleshoot Windows Servers, Microsoft 365, networks, Wi-Fi, local servers, NAS, UPS and end-user systems.
- Support digital signage, interactive displays, LED/video walls, AV systems, media players and kiosks.
- Troubleshoot TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, switches, RDP and SSH.
- Lead critical incidents, perform RCA, and ensure SLA-based resolution.
- Coordinate with software, hardware, AV, networking and cloud vendors.
- Guide field engineers and support preventive maintenance and deployments.
- Ensure system testing, technical handover and documentation are completed.
- Maintain SOPs, network diagrams,



asset registers and incident reports.

Technical:

Preferred Experience

Experience in Digital Signage, AV Integration, Experience Centers, Interactive Displays, Smart Buildings, IoT, Museums, or Enterprise IT Support will be an advantage.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Engineering, or related field.
- CCNA, Microsoft, or ITIL certifications are an added advantage.
