Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition / Senior Recruiter with 810 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment and strong stakeholder management skills. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing the complete hiring lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates through interview coordination, offer management, salary negotiation, BGV coordination, and post-offer engagement.

The role will primarily focus on Technology Hiring , along with Non-IT Hiring

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring requirements to candidate onboarding.
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers and business stakeholders to understand role requirements, skill expectations, and hiring priorities.
- Drive Technology hiring (70%) across various technical and technology-related positions.
- Manage Non-IT hiring (30%) across business and support functions.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other relevant channels.
- Conduct detailed candidate screening and assessment based on technical skills, experience, role fit, communication, compensation, and career expectations.
- Manage and coordinate interview processes, including scheduling, panel coordination, candidate communication, feedback follow-ups, and closure.




- Maintain strong and regular communication with stakeholders and provide updates on pipeline, interview status, closures, and hiring challenges.
- Manage the offer process, including compensation discussions, salary negotiation, offer roll-out, and addressing candidate concerns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to oversee the Background Verification (BGV) process and ensure timely completion of pre-joining formalities.
- Maintain regular post-offer touchpoints with selected candidates to ensure engagement and minimize offer dropouts.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
