Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles and work closely with hiring managers to meet business hiring requirements.

Location: Bhopal

Experience: 35 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen candidates and conduct initial HR discussions.
- Handle technical and non-technical hiring across multiple technology areas.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback and closures.
- Manage offer discussions, salary negotiation, and candidate engagement.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future requirements.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and priorities.




- Track recruitment metrics, TAT, pipeline, and hiring status.
- Support recruitment drives, walk-ins, and other hiring initiatives.
- Mentor and guide junior recruiters when required.

Requirements

- 3-5 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
- Robust experience hiring for technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, React, DevOps, Data Engineering, QA, Cloud, etc.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Good understanding of technical skills and IT hiring processes.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work independently.
- IT services/technology company experience preferred.
