Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end recruitment and project delivery for internal roles as well as C2H positions across multiple clients and verticals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders including hiring managers, client SPOCs, delivery leads, and vendors — ensuring alignment on requirements, SLAs, and expectations.
- Translate business needs into transparent technical requirements and coordinate with sourcing, screening, and onboarding teams.
- Manage salary negotiations, documentation, and preparation of offer letters.
- Manage multiple requisitions concurrently, ensuring timely closures without compromising on quality or compliance.
- Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and risk assessments to leadership and client stakeholders.
