Position Details

- Job Title: Senior IP Analyst / IP Analyst (Paralegal/Docketing)
- Total Positions: 2
- Experience: 1–3 years
- Location: Noida
- Work Mode: Work from Office

- Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of intellectual property office rules, procedures, and filing requirements.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date docket within the docketing/database system.
- Create and maintain files documenting the prosecution history of intellectual property matters, including unfiled matters, file intake, and file transfers.
- Monitor and manage IP-related deadlines, ensuring timely action and follow-up.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of docketing, filing, and prosecution-related activities.
- Handle client communication regarding matter status, deadlines, documentation, follow-ups, and other IP-related requirements.
- Respond to client queries and coordinate with relevant internal teams for timely resolution.
- Assist in preparing and sharing status updates, reports, and other relevant information with clients.




- Assist in developing, documenting, and maintaining client-specific processes and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with internal quality processes and client-specific guidelines.
- Document and track daily work and provide regular updates and data to the Team Manager.
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of client and matter-related information.
- Perform other administrative and IP-related tasks as required.

Eligibility Criteria

- Any bachelor's degree.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in IPR(Paralegal/Docketing) can apply.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
