We are seeking a talented Senior Interior Designer to join our leadership team and drive design excellence across premium Residential / Commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Business Head, senior designers, and project managers to deliver outstanding design outcomes.
- Develop innovative and functional designs for apartments, villas, luxury residences / corporate Spaces like Office spaces, Retail Brands, Hospitality etc.
- Lead client presentations and pitches, tailoring proposals to homeowners, investors / corporate clients.
- Partner with Business Development and Client Solutions teams to manage key client projects and support growth initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver impactful design presentations, proposals, and pitches.
- Mentor and motivate the design team, ensuring creativity, performance, and adherence to design standards.
- Contribute to building an effective training program for the design team,
fostering continuous learning and skilled growth.
Desired Profile:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Residential / Commercial interior fit-out projects.
- Strong proficiency in 2D drafting in AutoCAD and understand basics of 3D.
- Must have prepared BOQ for multiple projects & understand current market. ***
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to lead client interactions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects collaboratively while maintaining design quality.
