Job Responsibilities

- Lead and manage interior design and architectural projects from concept to execution.
- Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts, layouts, and presentations.
- Prepare detailed drawings, working drawings, BOQ, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, site teams, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site visits and monitor project execution as per approved designs.
- Ensure quality, timelines, design standards, and project requirements are maintained.
- Review materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and other design elements.
- Handle multiple projects and provide design solutions as required.




- Guide and coordinate with junior designers and site teams.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Interior Design / Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D software, and MS Office.
- Positive understanding of materials, finishes, space planning, and execution.
- Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
