Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will lead end-to-end interior design projects, from concept development and space planning to detailed design, documentation, and execution. This full-time, on-site role in Mumbai involves meeting with clients to understand requirements, preparing design presentations, and coordinating FF&E; selections that align with project goals and budgets.

The Senior Interior

Designer will oversee construction drawings, collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors, and conduct site visits to monitor quality, timelines, and adherence to design intent. The role also includes mentoring junior designers, ensuring design standards are met,



and contributing to continuous improvement of studio processes and design methodologies.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Interior Design and Space Planning, with the ability to create functional, aesthetic, and client-centric solutions.
- Experience collaborating with Architecture teams and understanding architectural principles that influence interior spaces.
- Ability to produce accurate Construction Drawings and detailed documentation for execution and coordination on-site.
- Proven expertise in FF&E; selection, including finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment that reflect project concepts and budgets.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality interiors.
- Proficiency in design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D rendering tools) and MS Office.
- Solid project management, time management, and coordination skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, and site teams.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and a passion for design innovation and quality craftsmanship.
