· Undertake design project from concept to completion
· Define project requirements.
· Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans
· Supervise work progress
· Produce “sample” and “mood boards”
· Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices
· Visiting site in person whenever required to cross check measurements given by execution team.
· Once the designs are finalized you in coordination with site engineer should prepare the timeline get the management approval and share the same with the client and take his approval.
· If there are any delays from the client side during execution and if that alters the timeline the recent timeline should be conveyed to the client and get the approval.
· Will be responsible for site handover according to the timelines given to the client.
