About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Interior Designer / Architect to lead high-end residential and commercial interior projects from concept through execution.

This is a client-facing role with design and project ownership responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable developing creative concepts, preparing technical drawings, presenting ideas to clients, coordinating with vendors and consultants, and ensuring that the design is executed to the required quality standards on site.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Concept Development

- Lead the design development, planning, and execution of interior projects.
- Develop design concepts, mood boards, material palettes, 3D views, presentations, and design proposals.
- Translate client requirements into creative, functional, and practical design solutions.
- Develop detailed design documentation and working drawings for execution.
- Ensure consistency between the approved design intent and on-site execution.

Client Management




- Conduct client meetings and presentations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Understand client requirements, preferences, budgets, and expectations.
- Present design concepts, material selections, layouts, and revisions clearly and professionally.
- Manage design feedback and coordinate revisions while maintaining project timelines.

Site & Project Execution
- Conduct regular site visits for measurements, supervision, coordination, and quality control.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve design and execution-related issues at site.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to approved designs, quality standards, budgets, and timelines.
- Coordinate material selections, finishes, furniture, lighting, and other design elements through execution.

Commercial & Project Management
- Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, material specifications, and budgeting requirements.
- Support project budgeting and cost-control processes.
- Coordinate procurement and vendor requirements as necessary.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities while ensuring timely delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
- 4–8 years of professional experience in residential and/or commercial interior design.
- Strong working knowledge of:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- Enscape
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of interior materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, detailing, and construction practices.




- Ability to create and interpret working drawings and technical documentation.
- Strong design sensibility with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, presentation, client-handling, and negotiation skills.
- Strong coordination skills with vendors, contractors, consultants, and site teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and project requirements.
