To manage and coordinate the complete insurance and cashless hospitalization process for patients, including TPA, Insurance Companies, Government Health Schemes and Corporate/Institutional beneficiaries, ensuring timely pre-authorisation, accurate documentation, billing, claim submission, follow-up and settlement.
The Senior Insurance Executive shall ensure smooth coordination between patients, consultants, nursing, front office, billing, medical records, pharmacy, investigations and insurance/TPA authorities.
Billing and discharge co-ordination, Claim submission and followup, MIS reporting, Revenue and collection responsibilites etc.
