We are looking for a seasoned and results-driven Senior Integration Business Analyst to play a vital, hands-on role in high-impact enterprise integration initiatives within the NEOM ecosystem. In this position, you will act as the critical bridge between key stakeholders, business product owners, and technical integration development teams.

You will take ownership of requirements elicitation, data mapping specifications, and rigorous gap analysis to ensure complex software integrations and data migrations run seamlessly. The ideal candidate has a robust background in enterprise IT environments, a solid command of integration frameworks, and a proven ability to turn business objectives into actionable technical execution plans.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Elicitation & Analysis: Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and comprehensive business process analysis to capture functional and technical requirements for complex system integrations.

Data Mapping & Process Documentation: Define and document data mapping rules, transformation logic, and data formats (e.g., APIs, JSON, XML) to ensure data integrity across source and target enterprise platforms.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between executive stakeholders, third-party partners, and technical development/architecture teams, translating business needs into crystal-clear developer specifications.

Agile Delivery & Backlog Management:



Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Standups), managing user stories and tracking progress using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.

Testing & Quality Assurance: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), define validation criteria, design test scenarios, and ensure integration deliverables match quality standards before deployment.

Risk & Issue Management: Identify operational bottlenecks, map out change/issue logs, and proactively recommend optimizations to streamline project execution workflows.Key

REQUIREMENTS

Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst, with a strong emphasis on enterprise software integration and data migration projects.

Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of enterprise architectures, API integrations, data mapping, and platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse, or similar ERP/CRM ecosystems.

Methodology: Proven hands-on experience working within Agile and Scrum development frameworks.

Communication & Documentation: Exceptional technical writing and verbal communication skills; highly proficient in creating detailed functional specifications, process flowcharts, and data dictionaries.

Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a strong plus.
