IT Program Manager / Associate Director

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead large-scale custom software development programs from initiation through delivery.
- Manage end-to-end program execution , ensuring business alignment, timelines, quality, and delivery.
- Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product, QA, Operations, and vendors .
- Drive program governance, risk management, and senior stakeholder communication .
- Manage budgets up to $5M , including forecasting, financial tracking, and cost control.
- Own vendor management , including contracts, billing, and invoicing.
- Ensure compliance with SDLC processes, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and delivery best practices .
- Track program KPIs , identify risks/issues, and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead and mentor 15+ team members and foster a high-performance environment.
