IT Program Manager / Associate Director

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead large-scale custom software development programs from initiation through delivery.
- Manage end-to-end program execution, ensuring business alignment, timelines, quality, and delivery.
- Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product, QA, Operations, and vendors.
- Drive program governance, risk management, and senior stakeholder communication.
- Manage budgets up to $5M, including forecasting, financial tracking, and cost control.
- Own vendor management, including contracts, billing, and invoicing.
- Ensure compliance with SDLC processes, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and delivery best practices.
- Track program KPIs, identify risks/issues, and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead and mentor 15+ team members and foster a high-performance setting.
