Key Responsibilities

- Perform end-to-end integration of IMS nodes like CSCF, SBC, TAS, and DNS/ENUM, ensuring alignment with design documents, HLD/LLD, and customer requirements.

- Execute installation, configuration, and commissioning of IMS solutions, including preparation of delivery-specific MOPs and execution of live node activities.

- Conduct system integration testing (SIT), interoperability testing (IOT), and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate VoLTE, VoWiFi, and other IMS-based services.

- Troubleshoot integration issues, analyze logs, traces, and signaling flows (SIP/DIAMETER), and implement corrective actions to ensure defect resolution.

- Configure SIP protocols, routing, and call flows to optimize IMS network performance and ensure adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Collaborate with solution architects, design teams, and cross-functional teams (Cloud, PACO, Transport) to support customer discussions and technical workshops.

- Prepare integration plans, test reports, and acceptance documents, maintaining knowledge repositories and standard operating procedures.

- Provide L2/L3 support during deployment and post-integration phases, ensuring timely issue resolution and customer satisfaction.

- As a Senior IMS Solution Integrator, you will play a crucial role in the integration and deployment of IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) solutions within telecom networks.

- You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless interoperability of IMS components across multi-vendor environments, maintaining high service quality and reliability in the process.

- The position is based in Bangalore,



Gurgaon, Kolkata, or Noida, and requires a professional with extensive experience in telecom core/IMS integration.

- You will collaborate closely with various teams to optimize network performance and support the rollout of cutting-edge IMS-based services.

- In this role, you will manage the end-to-end integration processes, from solution design to deployment and testing, ensuring that all activities align with customer requirements and design specifications.

- Your expertise will be pivotal in troubleshooting complex integration issues and providing critical support during deployment and post-integration phases, contributing to the successful implementation of IMS solutions.

Requirements

- Strong understanding of IMS architecture and 3GPP standards, with hands-on experience in SIP, SDP, and DIAMETER protocols.

- Proficiency in VoLTE/VoWiFi services and Linux/Unix systems, with knowledge of telecom nodes such as CSCF, TAS, SBC, and DNS.

- Experience with packet core (EPC/5GC) and signaling flows, and familiarity with tools like Wireshark and signaling analyzers.

- Scripting skills in Python/Shell and exposure to cloud/virtualization technologies (NFV/SDN) are advantageous.

- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes, with exposure to cloud-native solutions.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- IMS/VoLTE certifications, along with Linux or cloud certifications (e.g., OpenStack, Kubernetes) and Ericsson internal certifications if applicable.
