Job Overview iRely is looking for Senior Implementation Consultants for its office in Kolkata India.
This role is integral to the sale and deployment of our software product solution and support of our customers.
This includes five key areas:
- Sales orientation
- Demonstrates product expertise with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Commodity Trading & Risk Management (CTRM) software
- Provides quality customer service for large and strategic customers and serves as the lead functional consultant
- Follows Skilled Services implementation standards
- Assesses complex project situations to make appropriate recommendations to both iRely and the customer
Responsibilities
- Deliver iRely i21 solutions to customers and develop a high level of expertise in the commodity trading and risk management space.
- Conduct pre-sales product demonstrations.
- Work closely with the Project Manager to successfully deliver projects.
- Deliver technical implementation activities from post-sale through transition to support.
- Execute project plan tasks associated with engagements.
- Conduct requirements gathering.
- Perform build and configuration.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Conduct Train-the-Trainer and End User Training.
- Provide Go-Live Support, either on-site or remotely.
- Meet customer expectations and project timelines.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Travel on-site to work directly with customers when required.
- Validate customer usage scenario-based test plans in close collaboration with the Quality Assurance (QA) team.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of experience in ERP implementation.
- Experience implementing CTRM software, particularly in:
- Commodity Futures and Options Trading
- Risk Management in Physical and Futures Trading
- Price and Basis Risks
- Mark-to-Market
- Trading Profit & Loss
- Contract Management in Procurement and Sales
- Costing
- Counterparty Risks in Procurement
- Position Management
- Derivatives transactions, including Options and OTC Derivatives
- Forex Trading
- Risk Management
- Financial Accounting experience is desirable.
- Experience implementing systems for customers in North America and Europe.
- Business Analysis or System Analysis experience.
- Bachelors/Master’s degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Accounting, or related discipline.
- SAP ERP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle ERP, or Sage implementation experience is highly desirable but not mandatory.
