Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Human Resources Recruiter.

The Senior Human Resources

Recruiter will lead end-to-end recruitment for logistics, operations, sales, compliance, and support roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating selection processes. This role will partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, design job descriptions, and develop recruitment strategies that support company growth in both onshore and offshore teams. The recruiter will manage talent pipelines, maintain applicant tracking systems, and ensure a positive, inclusive candidate experience.



Daily responsibilities include conducting reference checks, coordinating offers, supporting onboarding activities, and ensuring recruitment practices align with applicable employment laws and company values. The role may also contribute to employer branding initiatives, recruitment metrics reporting, and continuous improvement of hiring processes.

Qualifications

- Talent acquisition and recruiting skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers to develop job requirements, role profiles, and strategic workforce plans.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements in multiple jurisdictions.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS tools, and online recruitment platforms.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced, remote setting.
- Prior experience recruiting in logistics, transportation, or related sectors is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices.
- Strong analytical skills for tracking recruitment metrics and optimizing processes.
