Role Description The Senior Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including performance management, employee engagement, and policy implementation. The role involves partnering with leadership to design and execute HR strategies that support business goals, manage HR compliance, and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Daily responsibilities include supervising HR team members, handling employee relations, driving learning and development initiatives, and optimizing HR processes and systems. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai,



requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
