Senior HR Executive – IT Talent Acquisition

We are looking for a high-calibre IT Talent Acquisition professional who can operate as a strategic recruitment partner to the business and independently deliver critical, niche and high-impact technology hiring.

This role is for someone who can understand business and technology requirements, build talent strategies, influence stakeholders and consistently convert difficult requirements into successful closures.

What You Will Own

Lead end-to-end hiring across IT Services, IT Products, System Integration and Infrastructure.

Partner with business leaders and technical stakeholders to understand skill, business and hiring priorities.

Convert complex requirements into focused talent-mapping and sourcing strategies.

Lead hiring for Software Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, Networking, Cyber Security, Infrastructure, Enterprise Applications, Data and IT Solutions.

Build talent pipelines through market mapping, direct sourcing, professional networks, referrals and recruitment platforms.

Evaluate candidates beyond technical keywords — career trajectory, project depth, problem-solving ability, communication, motivation and business fit.





Own the complete hiring funnel through selection, negotiation, offer acceptance and joining.

Handle difficult negotiations, counter-offers, notice-period challenges and joining risks.

- Monitor recruitment metrics and identify funnel gaps to improve quality, TAT and selection-to-joining conversion.

What We Expect

4–7 years of strong IT Talent Acquisition / Technical Recruitment experience.

Proven experience in IT Services / System Integration hiring; exposure to product hiring is an advantage.

Solid understanding of technology talent markets and technical role requirements.

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.

Intelligent, analytical and commercially aware approach to recruitment.

Strong executive presence with the ability to engage confidently with candidates and senior stakeholders.

Highly target-driven, resilient and comfortable operating under pressure.

Strong ownership and accountability for business-critical closures.

Ability to challenge, influence and solve recruitment problems rather than only execute instructions.

High learning agility, professional maturity and a results-oriented mindset.

Qualification: MBA/PGDM – HR preferred.
