Role Description The Senior Human Resources Manager will lead end-to-end HR operations, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement for the Bengaluru location. This contract role will design and implement HR policies, ensure compliance with labor laws, and support leadership with strategic people initiatives that align with organizational goals. The manager will oversee compensation and benefits administration, manage employee relations, resolve workplace issues, and foster a culture of inclusion, continuous learning, and high performance.

The role will also coordinate learning and development programs, support change management,



and partner with cross-functional teams to support rapid growth. This is a hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with a mix of in office presence and some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in core HR domains such as talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks aligned with local labor regulations.
- Experience managing compensation, benefits, and HR analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Proven skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and coaching managers and team members.
- Background in organizational development, change management, and culture-building in high-growth or tech-focused environments.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across diverse, global teams.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a senior HR role, preferably within technology, edtech, or startup ecosystems.
- Comfort working in a hybrid model based in Bengaluru, with flexibility to collaborate across time zones.
