Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Manager HR who understands the business and can act as a bridge between business and people. The role will partner with leadership and teams to align people strategies with business goals while driving effective HR execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand business objectives, challenges and workforce requirements and translate them into HR interventions.

- Act as a bridge between business and employees, balancing business priorities with employee needs.

- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and people-related matters.

- Drive end-to-end Talent Acquisition and hiring priorities.

- Own the PMS cycle, including KRAs, reviews, ratings and performance improvement plans.

- Oversee HR Operations, onboarding, exits, attendance, payroll coordination and HRIS.

- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and employee relations.

- Drive employee engagement, culture and retention initiatives.

- Ensure effective implementation of HR policies and statutory compliance.





- Track HR metrics including headcount, attrition, hiring TAT and performance.

- Lead, mentor and develop the HR team.

- Continuously improve HR processes to support organisational growth.

Candidate Profile

- 8-12 years of relevant HR experience, preferably across HRBP, PMS, HR Operations and TA.

- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand business needs and translate them into people solutions.

- Experience managing an HR team and working closely with senior stakeholders.

- Robust employee relations, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Good understanding of HR policies, compliance and HRMS.

- Experience in e-commerce, B2B, technology, retail or a fast-growing organisation preferred.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and execution skills.
