Roles and Responsibilities

- Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, etc.

- Screen resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements.

- Conduct initial interviews over phone or video calls to assess candidate fitment.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule further rounds of interview process.

- Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.

- work not limited to recruitment only, need to do multitasking
