Key Responsibilities

- Strategically align HR strategies with overall business objectives.
- Oversee talent management, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and employee development programs.
- Lead and support organizational change initiatives, helping employees adapt to new processes and technologies.
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and foster positive work relationships.
- Utilize HR analytics to identify trends, provide data-driven recommendations, and improve HR strategies and processes.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Manage compensation and advantages programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee performance management and provide guidance on performance improvement.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR programs, systems, policies,



and procedures.
- Facilitate effective communication between employees and management.
- Develop and implement HR communication plans.
- Provide expert HR consulting and strategic guidance to clients/stakeholders.
- Travel to client sites as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

- MBA in HR with 15+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner / HR Consultant, preferably with experience in manufacturing organizations.
- Strong experience in HR automation, labour laws, HR policies, and SOP formulation.
- Experience in designing incentive and salary structures.
- Strong understanding of recruitment and talent management practices.
- Strong consulting, project management, and change management skills.
- Excellent strategic, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Strong working knowledge of HR best practices.
- Ability to understand business objectives and translate them into effective HR initiatives.
