training end users, and documenting processes and best practices.

- Act as system administrator across both platforms — configuration, business processes and workflows, security roles and permissions, foundation and org data
- Own the integrity of core HR data; define and run audit routines, controls and reconciliation processes
- Manage the BAU change backlog — assess requests, configure, test and release changes through proper change control
- Own the annual and cyclical calendar in system: comp review, performance cycles, absence and leave setup, year-end activities
- Own reporting and analytics delivery — build and maintain reports, dashboards and data extracts for HR, Finance and leadership
- Manage integrations and interfaces with payroll, finance, benefits and downstream systems; resolve failures and exceptions
- Manage release cycles, vendor escalations and support tickets with the platform providers
- Provide guidance, quality review and escalation support to HRIS colleagues (no formal line management required)
Requirement
- Proven administrator-level experience in both Workday HCM and SAP SuccessFactors — configuration, security, workflows, not end user only
- Strong operational HRIS background running BAU support, change and data governance
- Confident owning integrations, interfaces and downstream system impacts
- Experience acting as SME for system testing and UAT
- SuccessFactors module certification
- Exposure to HR system migration or platform change
- Vendor / SI management experience
