Job Summary The Lead Vision is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior HR Recruiter who can independently manage the complete recruitment cycle across creative, technical, production, YouTube, and corporate roles.

The candidate will be responsible for sourcing quality candidates, screening profiles, conducting initial interviews, coordinating technical rounds, negotiating salaries, releasing offers/LOIs, and ensuring successful joining within defined timelines and company budgets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from manpower requirement to candidate joining.
- Understand hiring requirements from Management and Department Heads.
- Create and publish job openings across LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed and other relevant platforms .
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, databases, and direct outreach.
- Screen resumes based on skills, experience, stability, salary expectations, location, and notice period.
- Conduct professional HR screening/interview rounds .
- Review portfolios for creative and animation-related positions before forwarding suitable candidates.
- Coordinate technical tests and interview rounds with respective Department Heads/Managers.
- Maintain proper follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Handle salary negotiation while maintaining company-approved budgets.
- Conduct reference/background checks wherever required.
- Release Offer Letters/LOIs after final management approval.
- Complete pre-joining documentation and joining formalities.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring and critical positions.
- Reduce interview no-shows and candidate dropouts through proper communication and follow-ups.




- Maintain recruitment data and provide daily and weekly hiring reports to Management.
- Track hiring performance including profiles sourced, calls made, candidates interested, interviews scheduled, interviews attended, selections, offers released, and successful joinings.
- Coordinate with HR and Management for manpower planning and priority hiring.
- Ensure hiring positions are closed within the agreed TAT (Turnaround Time) .

- 3D Animator
- 3D Character Modelling Artist
- 3D Texture Artist
- Lighting Artist
- Compositor
- FX Artist
- Storyboard Artist
- Concept Artist
- Video Editor
- Content/Story Writer
- YouTube Executive/Manager
- Production Coordinator/Manager

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment
- Excellent sourcing and headhunting skills
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and major job portals
- Good candidate screening and interviewing skills
- Salary negotiation and offer-closing ability
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
- Good understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting
- Ability to work under deadlines and achieve hiring targets
- Strong ownership and accountability

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years of recruitment experience
- Experience in Animation, Media, VFX, IT, Digital Media, or Creative Industries will be preferred.
- Experience handling multiple positions simultaneously.
- Should be comfortable with target-driven recruitment.
- Immediate or short-notice joiners will be preferred.

- Quality of shortlisted candidates
- Interview-to-selection ratio
- Offer-to-joining ratio
- Candidate dropout/no-show rate
- Hiring within approved salary budgets
- Accuracy of recruitment reports and database
- Successful closure of priority positions
