We are looking for an experienced and business-focused HR Business Partner (HRBP) to partner with business leaders and managers on people strategy, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, talent management, and workforce planning.

The HRBP will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, translating business priorities into effective people initiatives while ensuring a positive employee experience and alignment with company policies and employment practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with business leaders and managers to understand business goals and translate them into people strategies and priorities.
- Provide strategic HR advice on workforce planning, organizational structure, talent management, and employee engagement.
- Drive the annual performance management, talent review, succession planning, and career development processes.
- Support workforce planning, headcount management, and organizational changes.
- Partner with managers on employee relations matters, including performance issues, disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Identify people-related risks and recommend practical solutions in partnership with leadership and HR teams.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and provide actionable insights to business leaders.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and develop action plans based on employee feedback and engagement surveys.
- Coach managers on people management,



leadership effectiveness, performance conversations, and employee development.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, and other HR teams to deliver integrated HR solutions.
- Support change management initiatives during organizational restructuring, business transformation, mergers, or other major changes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, company policies, and HR processes.
- Promote a robust culture of inclusion, collaboration, accountability, and continuous development.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee matters professionally.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Typically 3+of progressive HR experience, with relevant HRBP or HR generalist experience.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, employee relations, performance management, talent management, and organizational development.
- Experience partnering with business leaders and influencing stakeholders at different levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, coaching, and influencing skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters with sound judgment.
- Strong understanding of employment regulations and HR compliance relevant to the location.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
