- Follow a standard process for work intake, prioritization, change control, and execution. Take ownership at each stage to minimize risk and ensure a successful launch.
- Understand complex HR business practices and technology and act as technology steward.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to defining requirements, configure, testing, and deploy solutions in SAP HCM Payroll and time management, HR ABAP development, deployment and Support.
- Experience of ABAP development of HR programs, reports and interfaces.
- Experience on time collection systems like KABA, or Kronos.
- Working with HR Technology team and HR Leaders to execute the enterprise strategy for SAP HCM and Employee Central and connected SuccessFactors modules. subject matter expertise to internal teams related to SAP HCM payroll and time management, integration with SuccessFactors and partner with others on projects.
