Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior HR with experience in Renewable Energy, Solar, EPC, or Engineering hiring, along with hands-on exposure to HR operations and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, coordination, negotiation, offers, and onboarding.

- Manage hiring through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels.

- Coordinate with hiring managers for manpower requirements and recruitment planning.

- Handle employee HR operations, including onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave, confirmation, and exit formalities.

- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, salary-related data, attendance, deductions, and employee records.

- Manage and coordinate PF, ESIC, PT, and other statutory compliance activities.

- Support HR policy implementation, documentation, MIS, and compliance records.





- Support employee engagement, HR initiatives, and employer branding activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.

- Experience in Energy/Solar/EPC/Engineering hiring is preferred/required.

- Hands-on experience with job portals and recruitment platforms.

- Working knowledge of PF, ESIC, payroll coordination, and HR compliance.

- Positive communication, coordination, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.

Pay: ₹39,000.00 - ₹40,288.57 per month
