We are looking for an experienced and highly capable Senior HR Manager to lead our HR function across Recruitment, HR Operations, Employee Management, Training & Development, and Senior-Level Hiring.

This is a leadership role for someone who can independently build and manage HR processes, attract strong talent, handle people operations, and work closely with management on organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical, non-technical, managerial and senior-level positions.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline across multiple functions.
- Handle senior and critical hiring with a strong focus on quality.
- Develop effective recruitment strategies and improve time-to-hire.
- Manage job portals, recruitment agencies, referrals, LinkedIn sourcing and other hiring channels.

HR Operations

- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, processes and documentation.
- Handle onboarding, employee records, attendance, leave and performance processes.
- Ensure smooth coordination between employees, teams and management.
- Identify operational HR issues and implement practical solutions.

Training & Development

- Identify employee training and development requirements.
- Plan and conduct induction, soft-skill, process and performance-oriented training.
- Build structured onboarding and training programs.
- Support managers in improving team performance and employee productivity.

Employee & Performance Management

- Handle employee engagement, grievance resolution and retention initiatives.




- Establish and monitor performance management systems.
- Work with department heads on employee performance and improvement plans.
- Maintain a professional and positive workplace culture.

Leadership & Strategic HR

- Work directly with senior management on workforce planning and organizational development.
- Build scalable HR systems suitable for a growing IT organization.
- Take ownership of HR targets, processes and team performance.
- Manage and mentor junior HR/recruitment team members.

What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of strong HR experience, preferably with an IT / technology company.
- Proven experience in recruitment, HR operations, training and senior-level hiring.
- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle and HR processes.
- Experience hiring BDEs, BDMs, developers, managers and other specialized profiles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and people-management skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of HR.
- Leadership mindset with a hands-on approach.
