Role Description The Senior HR Generalist – Edtech/Education is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and HR documentation for a growing education-focused organization. Day-to-day tasks include implementing and updating HR policies, overseeing benefits and payroll coordination, handling employee queries, and supporting performance management processes.

The Senior HR Generalist will collaborate with leadership to design HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement, learning, and retention,



while ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal standards. The role also involves supporting HR analytics, maintaining HRIS data accuracy, and contributing to a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including experience in an edtech or education-focused organization.
- Candidates should possess skills in developing, implementing, and reviewing HR Policies aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration to manage compensation, insurance, and other employee programs effectively.
- Candidates should possess strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills to support employees and partner with leadership.
- Candidates should possess experience with HRIS tools, data-driven decision-making, and basic HR analytics.
- Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field are preferred.
- Prior experience in a senior HR generalist or similar HR role, preferably within the education or service sector, is highly beneficial.
