Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month, based on experience and skills

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior HR Executive to manage and strengthen HR & Administration functions in our manufacturing organization. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in employee management, recruitment, payroll coordination, compliance, performance management, and shop-floor HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR & Administration activities.
- Handle recruitment, selection, onboarding, and manpower planning.
- Manage employee attendance, leave, discipline, and HR records.
- Coordinate payroll, salary processing, overtime, and attendance data.
- Handle statutory compliance including PF, ESI, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, and other applicable labour laws.
- Manage shop-floor employee relations and grievance handling.
- Develop and implement employee engagement and motivation initiatives.
- Coordinate performance appraisal, KPI, training, and development activities.




- Handle disciplinary matters and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements and workforce planning.
- Maintain proper HR documentation, MIS, and management reports.
- Support audits, inspections, and statutory requirements.
- Manage contractors and contract labour-related HR activities.
- Ensure implementation of HR policies, procedures, and company rules.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR & Labour Laws and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR MIS.
- Solid employee-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in manufacturing / factory / shop-floor HR will be preferred.
- Ability to independently manage HR operations and coordinate with management.
