SENIOR HR MANAGER

Department: Human Resources

Experience: 8–12 Years

Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR preferred

Job Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, attendance, leave, and HR operations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage performance appraisal, KRA/KPI, training, and employee development.
- Coordinate payroll, statutory compliance, PF, ESI, and other HR compliances.
- Maintain employee records, HR MIS, and management reports.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture.
- Provide HR support and strategic advice to senior management.
