About the Company:

Medinext Global LLC is a healthcare-focused IT recruitment and staffing organization serving clients across the United States. We specialize in providing qualified IT professionals to healthcare providers and allied organizations, supporting critical technology and operational needs.

What you'll do:

Own hiring from sourcing through joining: screening, interview coordination, negotiation, offers and induction.

Process monthly payroll: attendance and leave inputs, incentives, deductions, CTC structuring and salary queries from employees.

File and maintain PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, gratuity and bonus, and keep the office compliant with Indian labour law.

Write and update HR policies and SOPs, then enforce them, including warnings, disciplinary matters and grievance handling.

Run the HRMS and produce monthly reporting on headcount, attrition, attendance and hiring.

Manage exits end to end:



resignation, notice, clearance, full and final settlement and relieving documents.

Must-haves:

5+ years of end-to-end HR operations in an Indian company.

Hands-on payroll processing, including PF, ESIC, PT, gratuity and bonus filings. Coordinating with an external vendor does not count here.

You have owned an HRMS, not just entered data into one. Name the platform in your application.

Willing to work 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM in office in Ahmedabad on a long-term basis, arranging your own commute.

Spoken English strong enough to brief a floor and hold a difficult conversation with an employee.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
