1. Human Resources Management

- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, transfers, promotions, and exits.

- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, personnel files, and HR documentation.

- Handle employee queries and provide timely support on HR policies, benefits, leave, attendance, payroll, and other HR matters.

- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and internal processes.

- Coordinate employee engagement activities and support a positive workplace environment.

- Handle employee grievance and disciplinary matters in coordination with management.

- Prepare HR reports, MIS, dashboards, and management presentations as required.

- Support performance management and appraisal processes.

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from requirement gathering to offer and joining.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and other channels.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions.

- Coordinate technical and management interviews.

- Manage offer letters, salary negotiations, background verification, and joining formalities.

- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring reports to management.

- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical positions.

1. Payroll, Attendance & Employee Advantages

- Coordinate monthly payroll processing with the payroll team/accounting team.

- Verify attendance, leave, overtime, salary revisions, deductions, incentives, and other payroll inputs.

- Manage HRMS/HRIS systems and ensure employee information is accurately maintained.

- Coordinate salary revisions, arrears, reimbursements, and Full & Final Settlements.

- Coordinate employee insurance, claims, and other employee benefits.





- Review payroll reports and coordinate corrections before final processing.

- Ensure timely distribution of salary slips, Form 16, and other employee-related documents.

1. Statutory Compliance

- Coordinate statutory HR compliance requirements including PF, ESI, TDS, Professional Tax, Labour Law requirements, and other applicable regulations.

- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, payroll vendors, and finance teams for statutory requirements.

- Maintain required registers, records, employee documentation, and compliance reports.

- Monitor changes in applicable labour laws and ensure HR processes are updated accordingly.

- Support internal and external audits and provide required documentation.

1. Office Administration & Operations

- Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth functioning of office operations.

- Manage office supplies, equipment, assets, facilities, and infrastructure requirements.

- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, building management, and external agencies.

- Manage vendor quotations, purchase requests, invoices, and payment coordination.

- Maintain company assets and ensure proper allocation and tracking.

- Coordinate travel, accommodation, transportation, meetings, events, and other administrative requirements.

- Maintain office-related documentation, contracts, agreements, and service records.

- Coordinate with IT and other internal teams for employee and office requirements.

Finance & Accounting Coordination

- Coordinate with the Finance/Accounting team for day-to-day financial and administrative activities.

- Prepare and monitor monthly budgets vs. actual expenses.

- Track office expenses, employee reimbursements, advances, and vendor payments.

- Review invoices and supporting documents before submitting them for payment.

- Maintain expense trackers and supporting documentation.

- Coordinate with finance teams for TDS, GST, payroll-related payments, and other applicable financial requirements.

- Track outstanding payments and follow up with relevant stakeholders.

- Assist in monthly closing activities and preparation of expense reports.

- Support management with financial and operational MIS reports.

- Coordinate with auditors and external consultants whenever required.

1. Budgeting & Cost Control

- Prepare annual and monthly HR and administrative budgets.

- Monitor actual expenses against approved budgets.

- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining operational efficiency.

- Track recruitment costs, employee benefits, office expenses, vendor expenses, and other administrative costs.

- Prepare management reports highlighting budget variances and major expenses.

1. Management & Cross-Functional Coordination

- Act as a key point of contact between employees, management, Finance, IT, and other departments.

- Coordinate with overseas/HQ teams for HR, finance, payroll, reporting, and administrative requirements.

- Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management.

- Handle confidential employee, salary, financial, and company information with a high level of discretion.

- Support management in implementing organizational policies and business processes.

- Take ownership of assigned HR, operations, and administrative projects.
