Ltd. is looking for an experienced HR Compliance Executive / Specialist with a strongunderstanding of statutory HR compliance, labour laws, payroll compliance, employee documentation, audits, andcontractor compliance. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate HR statutory complianceand maintaining compliance records in accordance with applicable laws and company requirements.1. Statutory &
• Labour Compliance Manage and ensure timely compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements. Handle compliance related to EPF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, Bonus, Gratuity, MinimumWages and other applicable statutory requirements. Maintain statutory compliance calendars and ensure timely filing of applicable returns. Monitor changes in labour laws and advise the HR team regarding relevant compliance requirements.2. HR Documentation &
• Records Maintain employee personal files and statutory records. Ensure proper documentation of offer letters, appointment letters, joining documents, employee declarations andother HR records. Maintain statutory registers, compliance records and employee documentation. Ensure accuracy and completeness of HR compliance records.3. Payroll &
• Statutory Compliance Coordinate with Payroll and Accounts teams for statutory deductions and payments. Verify PF, ESIC and other statutory deductions and records. Assist in monthly payroll compliance and statutory reconciliation. Verify statutory challans, returns and related documentation.4.
Labour Law
Compliance Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws relating to wages, working hours, leave, employee perks andemployment conditions. Maintain records and registers required under applicable labour laws. Keep the organization updated regarding relevant statutory amendments and requirements.5.
Compliance
Audit &
• Inspection Coordinate and support internal and external HR compliance audits. Prepare required registers, reports and supporting documents for audits. Coordinate documentation during labour department/statutory inspections. Track audit observations and ensure timely corrective action.6. Contractor &
• Site Compliance Monitor labour compliance documentation of contractors and vendors. Verify statutory documents and manpower records submitted by contractors. Maintain records of manpower deployed at project/site locations. Ensure compliance requirements applicable to contract labour are properly documented.7. MIS &
• Management Reporting Prepare monthly and periodic HR compliance MIS. Maintain compliance trackers and statutory records. Prepare reports for management review. Escalate pending or non-compliant matters to the AGM – HR.8. Employee &
• Department Coordination Handle employee queries related to PF, ESIC, gratuity and other statutory benefits. Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Administration and project/site teams.
Ensure timely resolution of compliance-related employee queries.Required Qualifications B.Com / BBA / B.A. / B.Tech / Graduation from a recognized university. MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage. LLB/LLM will be an added advantage. Strong knowledge of HR statutory compliance and applicable labour laws.Experience Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR Compliance, Labour Compliance, Payroll Compliance or HROperations. Candidates with 5 years of experience in handling statutory compliance, labour laws, audits and contractorcompliance will be preferred.Required Skills Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory HR compliance. Practical knowledge of PF, ESIC, gratuity, bonus, minimum wages and other statutory compliances. Good knowledge of statutory portals and compliance documentation. Strong MS Excel and MS Office skills. Excellent documentation and record-management skills. Good communication and coordination skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet statutory deadlines. Ability to independently manage compliance activities.Key Performance Areas (KPIs) Timely completion of statutory compliance activities. Accuracy of statutory records and filings. Timely submission of compliance reports and MIS. Audit and inspection readiness. Timely closure of compliance observations. Accuracy of PF/ESIC and payroll-related statutory records.
