Team: Hospitality GCC — a dedicated team for a US beachfront resort group (Connecticut)

Location: Remote (Pan-India) or Gurugram office — both available; the US-hours shift is fixed

Working Time: 08:30 AM – 05:30 PM US Eastern (about 06:00 PM – 03:00 AM IST; shifts with US daylight saving)

Every operating day a resort takes money in a dozen ways — room folios, banquet checks, spa treatments, bar tabs, gift certificates, deposits. Your job is to prove, before 9:00 AM Eastern, that yesterday's revenue is right and that the guest, city and advance-deposit ledgers agree with the property system and with Sage 100; to run accounts payable in Ottimate so vendors are paid right and on time; and to carry that discipline into a month-end close the owners and their outside accountants can trust without rework. You work the resort's own hours, so its questions are answered during its day.

Experience: 5–8 years in hotel finance, including income audit or general cashier supervision,



accounts payable and month-end close at a full-service hotel or in a hotel group shared-service centre.

Hotel accounting: USALI, night audit, three-ledger reconciliation, banquet and group deposits, F&B; cost of sales, credit-card settlement reconciliation.

Tools: Sage 100 a strong plus; Opera, Maestro or similar PMS; Toast or Micros; Ottimate, Bill.com or similar AP automation; Excel to a high standard.

Education: B.Com / M.Com minimum; CA Inter, CMA or CHAE a plus.

Communication and shift: clear written English; comfortable on a daily call with a US Engagement Director; willing to work US Eastern hours on a fixed basis.
