Sterling Travel and Tourism is looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Holiday Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of holiday packages, excellent customer-handling skills, and the ability to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle domestic and international holiday package enquiries.
- Understand customer requirements, travel preferences, and budgets.
- Design customized holiday packages and detailed travel itineraries.
- Prepare quotations and present suitable travel options to customers.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines,
transport providers, and other travel partners.
- Maintain solid relationships with customers and ensure excellent customer service.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and travel-related issues professionally.
- Manage bookings, travel documents, and itinerary details accurately.
- Maintain daily and weekly sales reports and follow-up records.
- Guide and support junior holiday consultants when required.
- Stay updated on travel destinations, holiday packages, and tourism trends.
