We are seeking an experienced Senior Hardware Engineer with a PhD in Electronics Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Power Electronics/ Embedded Systems/ Control Systems or a related engineering discipline. The candidate will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and validation of embedded hardware and power electronic systems while collaborating with software, PCB design, manufacturing, quality, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design advanced circuits spanning analog, digital, mixed-signal, and power electronics.

- Develop embedded hardware architectures leveraging PIC, ARM, DSP, or FPGA platforms.

- Engineer critical power electronic systems, including rectifiers, inverters, UPS, SMPS, and power converters.

- Create and structurally review circuit schematics, PCB layouts, component selections, and comprehensive Bills of Materials (BOM).

- Interpret complex technical data, including component datasheets and system-level performance specifications.

- Lead hardware debugging and verification, executing prototype testing, root-cause analysis, and systematic design validation.





- Ensure regulatory compliance, supporting EMI/EMC, environmental, safety, and certification testing.

- Maintain complete lifecycle documentation, preparing design specs, test reports, validation records, and formal product-release files.

- Provide robust technical leadership, guiding engineering team members while driving research and product innovation.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Education: PhD in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Embedded Systems, Control Systems, or a strictly related discipline.

- Experience: 4 to 15 years of professional experience in core hardware design, industrial research, or product development.

- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of embedded systems, circuit design, power electronics, and Altium Designer (or equivalent PCB design software).

- Standards Awareness: Direct familiarity with UL, IEEE, NEC, IEC, MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-810, and JSS 55555 frameworks.
